Deleting a child or your account
In short: Delete a child: Profile → child card → Delete. Delete account: red button at the bottom of Profile → two confirmations, data is wiped immediately.
Lupibu doesn't hide deletion — it's two taps, no support tickets.
Delete a child
- Open Profile → tap the child card
- On the edit screen, at the bottom — "Delete child" (red)
- Confirm
Delete account
- Profile → scroll to the bottom → red "Delete account" button
- A sheet appears with options (it may nudge you to manage the subscription first)
- Second confirmation — "Really delete?" with a warning
- After confirming: local data is cleared immediately (MMKV + AsyncStorage + RevenueCat), the account is deleted on the server
What's gone
- All child profiles and their entries
- AI chat history
- The subscription itself — auto-renew has to be canceled separately via Apple ID if you're still in trial (see "How to cancel Pro")
Restore
Once the account is deleted, there is no restore — you'd start from scratch. So think twice, or write us first: contact@lupibu.com.
