What the AI assistant can and cannot do
In short: The AI answers questions about your baby's routine using your actual data. It does NOT replace a pediatrician or make diagnoses.
The Lupibu AI isn't a generic chatbot. It sees your baby's data and responds with that context.
What the AI can do
- Answer routine questions: "How much did he sleep today?", "When was the last feed?", "Is our wake window normal for 6 months?"
- Create entries from voice or text — including backfilled events
- Explain predictions — why a sleep is predicted now, where the wake window came from
- Give morning tips — personalized daily hints based on your pattern
- Talk through common scenarios — growth spurts, regressions, starting solids
What it does NOT do
- No medical diagnoses
- No medication or dosing advice — pediatrician only
- Doesn't replace a doctor for worrying symptoms
- Not 100% accurate — it's an assistant, not an authority
Good questions to ask
- "Why did he wake so often last night?"
- "Should I shorten naps if nights are rough?"
- "Which wake window has been stable for us lately?"
When to call the pediatrician instead
Any physical symptoms, sudden behavior changes, developmental concerns. The AI can prepare a data summary to show your doctor — that's its most useful role in those cases.
